Designed for life science research, the specially designed fluorescent microscopes utilize high intensity lights and emission filters to observe fluorescent proteins such as GFP, MCherry, DSRed, YFP, OFP, and more. Unlike the band-pass type of emission filters used in traditional fluorescence microscopes, the Dino-Lite’s high-pass type of emission filter provides visibility and sensitivity over a larger range of the fluorescence wavelength.
